ACADEMIC
|
An earned PhD or equivalent degree qualification (or a Master degree qualification in special cases) in Medical Laboratory Science, Molecular Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, or related discipline from an accredited and recognized university.

EXPERIENCE
|
At least three (3) years of teaching experience at the University level as a Lecturer or six (6) years research/industry experience.
|
|
OTHERS
|
Fulfil the requirements of Chapter six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.
|
|
PROF
|
Be a registered member of the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board (KMLTTB)
|
|
PUBLICATION
|
A minimum of twenty-four (24) publication points as a Lecturer or equivalent, of which at least twenty (20) should be from refereed scholarly journals.
|
|
REGISTRATION
|
Have a current KMTTB practicing license.
|
|
SUPERVISION
|
Supervised at least two (2) master’s students to completion as a Lecturer or one (1) PhD or equivalent
