Qualification Type	Qualification Description
ACADEMIC	An earned PhD (or a Master degree qualification in special cases) in the relevant field from an accredited university.
MEMBERSHIP	Be registered with the relevant professional body (where applicable)
OTHERS	Fulfil the requirements of Chapter six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.
PUBLICATION	A minimum of 12 publication points, of which at least eight (8) should be from refereed journal papers.
