Qualification Type	Qualification Description
ACADEMIC	Bachelor’s degree in Counselling Psychology or its equivalent from an accredited and recognised institution
ACADEMIC	Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology/Community Psychology from an accredited and recognised institution
EXPERIENCE	At least five (5) years post qualification related work experience at a university setting or other institution of higher learning
OTHERS	Applicants with a Ph. D will have an added advantage
